Celebrating the Legacy of BVEF Founding Board Member Lee Gaudette

Honoring more than 25 years of vision, leadership, and dedication to education in the Blackstone Valley.

On October 15, we had the honor of celebrating Lee Gaudette, a founding board member of the Blackstone Valley Education Foundation (BVEF), whose vision and dedication have helped shape our organization and its impact on students, educators, and communities for more than 25 years.

From the beginning, Lee understood the power of bringing schools, businesses, and communities together to create meaningful opportunities for young people. His belief that strong schools build strong communities helped establish the foundation for BVEF's mission and continues to guide our work today.

What began as a shared vision has grown into an organization committed to expanding real-world learning, empowering educators, and helping students discover possibilities for their futures. Through changing educational landscapes and evolving community needs, Lee's commitment to collaboration and opportunity has remained a constant.

As we celebrated Lee, we also reflected on the people, partnerships, and shared purpose that have brought BVEF to where it is today. His legacy is not only found in the work he helped establish, but in the opportunities that continue to grow from it.

We invite you to watch this special video honoring Lee's contributions and the legacy of BVEF.

To Lee, thank you for your extraordinary dedication, leadership, and belief in the potential of our students, educators, and communities. The foundation you helped build continues to make a difference, and your vision will help shape the opportunities we create for generations to come.
