The Blackstone Valley Education Foundation is proud to share that we have been awarded a $10,000 matching grant from the Esler Family Foundation through the Greater Worcester Community Foundation’s Inspiring Generosity Match Fund.
This award is a meaningful investment in BVEF’s mission and an encouraging sign of support for the work happening across our region to create more future-focused learning opportunities for students and educators.
The Inspiring Generosity Match Fund was created to help nonprofits build momentum, strengthen donor engagement, and grow a broader, more sustainable base of support. That vision aligns closely with BVEF’s work. We partner with school districts, industry leaders, and community organizations to help students explore careers early and build real-world skills through career-connected learning.
At BVEF, we believe students should have opportunities to discover what is possible for their future, well before they graduate. Through early career-connected learning, we help make learning more relevant, engaging, and connected to the world beyond the classroom.
This matching grant arrives at an important moment for our organization. As BVEF continues to deepen its impact and expand its reach, support like this helps strengthen the foundation for long-term growth. We are grateful to the Esler Family Foundation and the Greater Worcester Community Foundation for recognizing the value of this work and investing in its future.
Over the next year, BVEF will work to match this $10,000 grant with community support by December 2026, creating the opportunity to turn this award into $20,000 of impact for students, educators, and school communities across the Blackstone Valley.
We are honored by this investment and excited for what it will help make possible.
