This spring, Blackstone Valley Education Foundation will launch the 20th annual Arts in the Valley with a special Opening Night gathering at ValleyCAST! in Whitinsville on April 24 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. The evening will bring together students, families, educators, artists, and community supporters to recognize two decades of student artwork and the partnerships that continue to make this regional showcase possible.

Opening Night will offer guests an early look at this year’s exhibit and a chance to experience the range of creativity represented across the Valley. The event will also highlight the collaborators and Artist in Residence partnerships that help expand access to arts learning and meaningful creative experiences for students.

In addition to viewing the exhibit, attendees will be able to enjoy refreshments, connect with others who support arts education, and take part in an interactive fundraising component tied to selected student artwork. Proceeds from the evening will help strengthen Arts in the Valley and support future opportunities for young artists across the region.

Reaching the 20-year mark is an opportunity to reflect on how Arts in the Valley has continued to elevate student voice, celebrate artistic growth, and bring communities together through the arts. Opening Night is both a celebration of that history and a meaningful start to this year’s showcase.

We hope community members from across the region will join us for this milestone evening and help celebrate the creativity, talent, and promise of Valley students.
