Arts in the Valley Teacher Resources

5 piece limit of 3D pieces requiring table setup. 25 pieces of 2D student artwork per teacher, plus any teacher artwork Unlimited free-standing 3D pieces *All submitted work must be original.

Student identification labels must be affixed to each piece of artwork. Please use the label provided below and ensure it is firmly attached to artwork neatly on the lower right front corner. On the back of each piece, please print: (student’s name, grade, school name and town, teacher’s name/phone number).

2D: No bigger than 22” x 28” (including matting) 3D: No size limit.

Please find the inventory form below. On the back of the form, please list ALL artists’ names and identify whether the work is 2D or 3D. The inventory form must be submitted along with the artwork on Friday, May 16th (please see timeline)

Artwork must be properly matted and labeled, as presentation quality is expected. 2D artwork must be matted or mounted. Please use Lightweight matting, without glass.

Teachers may coordinate delivery and pick-up with other participating teachers in the district. AIV is not responsible for damaged artwork. We encourage teachers to show their own artwork. Exhibiting teachers should follow the same instructions for their entries.
